Conditions for participation at the
Fifth International Arthroscopy Symposium

1. Provision of the stay in the holiday resort Golden Sands of the participants at the Fifth International Arthroscopy Symposium:

- package prices (per person) upon payment until September 12, 2009:

- package prices (per person) upon payment after September 12, 2009:

The package price includes:

• two nights with breakfasts per person in the Iberostar Obzor beach Hotel – October 02, October 03, 2009;
• fee for participation at the Fifth International Symposium;
• full set of materials from the Fifth International Symposium;
• access to exhibition rooms with the stands of pharmaceutical companies;
• certificate for credit points from the Fifth International Symposium;
• participation at the scientific sessions at the Fifth International Symposium;
• participation at coffee breaks at the Fifth International Symposium;
• participation at lunch break at the Fifth International Symposium;
• participation at the Welcome party – October 02, 2009 – 09:00 p.m.;
• participation at the official dinner on October 03, 2009 – 08:30 p.m.

Notes on the payment and cancellation of package prices:

All requested reservations shall be valid for 5 business days, during which period their actual payment must be performed. Upon failure to observe this condition the reservation shall be cancelled without a warning on behalf of the organizer.

Upon request of cancellations until September 29, inclusive, the full amount of the payment shall be refunded. Upon partial or full cancellations from September 30 to October 04  – no amounts shall be refunded.

In case of a bank transfer the bank fees shall be borne by the sender of the amount.

2. Price of the participation fee for the Fifth International Symposium when there is no request for hotel accommodation and additional services:

The participation fee includes:

• full set of materials from the Fifth International Symposium;
• access to exhibition rooms with the stands of pharmaceutical companies;
• certificate for credit points from the Fifth International Symposium;
• participation at the scientific sessions at the Fifth International Symposium;
• participation at coffee breaks at the Fifth International Symposium;
• participation at lunch break at the Fifth International Symposium;
• participation at the Welcome party – October 02, 2009 – 09:00 p.m.

The refunding of paid individual fees for participation at the symposium may be implemented to the full amount upon cancellation until September 29, 2009. From September 30, 2009 – refunding of amounts is impossible.
