• application for participation with reports, scientific announcements and presentations at the Fourth International Arthroscopy Symposium – until August 28, 2009 through submission of a summary report in Bulgarian and English;
• the reports must be 8 minutes long;
• early registration for participation at the symposium and reservation of a hotel accommodation – until September 12, 2009;
• late registration for participation at the symposium and reservation of a hotel accommodation - after September 12 to September 30, 2009;
• opening of the Fifth International Arthroscopy Symposium – October 02, 2009 – 03:00 p.m. –  Iberostar Obzor beach – Izgrev Hotel ;
• Welcome party of the Fifth International Arthroscopy Symposium  – October 02, 2009 – 09:00 p.m.;
• closing the Fifth International Arthroscopy Symposium – October 04, 2009 – 12:00 a.m.
