Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

The Organizational Committee of the Conference “Medicine and Sport” has the pleasure to invite all the pharmaceutical companies, ultrasound equipment suppliers and all others providing products for Orthopaedics and Traumatology, to participate as sponsors of the Conference

1. Sponsorship opportunities:

An extensive range of sponsorship opportunities has been created to allow each company the opportunity to showcase itself as best suits their needs and budget. Companies are able to select a package from our list of opportunities:

• General sponsor – exhibition stand with space 4m/1.5m, situated on level „1”, in front of the Conference Hall entrance, plus 20 min presentation included;
• Sponsor with exhibition stand – exhibition stand with space 2m/1.5m, situated on level „1”, in the lobby, without presentation;
• Sponsor with presentation – 15 min presentation without exhibition stand;
• Sponsor with exhibition stand and with presentation – exhibition stand with space 2m/1.5m, situated on level „1”, in the lobby, with 15 min presentation;
• Sponsor with workshop – 60 min workshop without exhibition stand, without presentation.

2. Accommodation in Interhotel Sandanski – package and individual prices:

A. Package price - sponsors:

The package price for the Sponsor’s representatives and employees includes:

• Two nights with breakfast for a person accommodated in Interhotel Sandanski, respectively in single/double, standard/luxury room for the period 15-17 March 2013;
• Participation in the scientific sessions;
• Entrance to the Exhibition;
• Printed material of the Conference;
• Participation in the Welcome Reception;
• Light lunch on 16th March 2013;
• Coffee break on 16th March 2013;
• Official Dinner.

B. Individual price - sponsors

The individual price for the Sponsor’s representatives and employees include:

One night with breakfast for a person accommodated in Interhotel Sandanski in single/double, standard/luxury room.

C. Registration fee

The Delegate registration fee includes:

• Participation in the scientific sessions;
• Entrance to the Exhibition;
• Printed material of the Conference;
• Participation in the Welcome Reception;
• Light lunch on 16th March 2013;
• Coffee break on 16th March 2013;
• Official Dinner.

The Accompanying person registration fee includes:

• Invitation for the Welcoming reception;
• Invitation for the Official Dinner.

All reservations will be valid for 5 working days, during which period the actual payment should be made. If not the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

Upon cancellation of hotel accommodation before January 30th, 2013, the full amount of the payment shall be reimbursed. Upon partial or full cancellations, or changes made after January 30th, 2013 – no amounts will be reimbursed

All bank charges should be on behalf of the sender.
