Information for Prices for Participation

The 3rd Balkan Meeting as an essential part of the program of the 11th Turkish Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery Congress, will be held on 5th of October 2012, from 9.30 h to 16.00 h in Hall 3, “JW MARRIOTT” Conference center, Ankara, Turkey.

All Meeting and Congress delegates should confirm and pay their participation fee in advance to the company organizer in order to use the special rates offered.

I. Registration fee:

** The registration fee is 250 Евро + 18% VAT = 295 EUR

The registration fee includes:

• Congress bag, badge, final programme book;
• Entrance to the Exhibition area;
• Participation in the scientific sessions both of the Congress and the Balkan Meeting;
• Participation in the Official Opening and Official Closing Ceremonies of the Congress;
• Certificate of attendance.

Please note:

• All participants are required to register to the Congress.
• No daily registration for the Congress is allowed
• The registration fee can be deposit in advance to the congress bank account (which is obligatory for all delegates that will present resume abstract or poster) or paid on site on the Registration desk of the company organizer in „JW Marriott” Hotel, Ankara. The opening time of the Registration desk, providing full information and coordination, registration and delegate printed material, will be as follows: 3rd October, 4th October, 5th October and 6th October 2012, from 08.30 h to 17.00 h.

1. Airplane ticket

2. Transfer

Price for transfer from Ankara Airport to hotel „RAMADA PLAZA ANKARA” 4* and vice versa - 50 EUR per person for each direction

3. Accommodation in hotel „RAMADA PLAZA ANKARA” 4*:

4. Meals

• Price for Welcome Reception Cocktail – 45 EUR
• Price for a buffet lunch in „JW Marriott” Hotel – 40 EUR
• Price for a coffee-break in „JW Marriott” Hotel – 7 EUR

5. Medical Insurance

Price for Medical insurance „Assistance” with 30000 EUR limits of coverage, valid for the period of the trip 3rd October – 6th October 2012 г. – 4 days - 6 EUR per person

6. Excursion program

Price for Ankara Sightseeing tour with duration of 2-3 hours and Bulgarian speaking guide - 35 EUR per person.

All reservations will be valid for 5 working days, during which period the actual payment should be made. If not the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

Upon cancellation of services before August 31st, 2012, the full amount of the payment shall be reimbursed. Upon partial or full cancellations, or changes made after August 31st, 2012 – no amount will be reimbursed. No name changes are allowed.

All bank charges for the bank transfer should be on behalf of the sender.

Payments with VISA and MASTER CARD credit cards are accepted with additional taxes charged.
